Your products will be dispatched with 1 working day (normally the same day) of receiving a completed fully paid order on road transport of our choice.
You will receive a confirmation email of your successful purchase and will also be emailed consignment details once goods are on transport.
Should for some unforeseen reason we cannot dispatch with this time frame, we will:
- Contact you by the phone number provided to advise of this and get your instructions as to whether you want a full refund or want to wait for stock
- Contact you by the email provided to confirm the delay and your options – refund or wait
Based on current delivery times and your location in relation to us, you can expect delivery of your order within 5 working days from dispatch.
Should you need to change or cancel your order before shipment, there is no penalty and in the case of cancellation in this case, a full refund applies. In the case where you change your mind after shipment, you must pay freight back to Brushes Direct, 11 Sandalwood Drive, Wondunna. Qld 4655 and ensure the goods are packaged in such a way as to not be damaged in transit.
Upon receipt of the goods in original condition, you will receive a refund less our original freight costs and handling charge.
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee where should you not be happy with the brush/es, please return them to Brushes Direct, 11 Sandalwood Drive, Wondunna. Qld 4655. You must pay the freight back to our premises and ensure the goods are packaged in such a way as to not be damaged in transit.
Should the goods fail after the 30 days satisfaction guarantee, please contact us to determine the cause of the failure and what remedial steps need to be taken to ensure you are protected by Australian Consumer Law
